The location of the property was absolutely perfect and stunning as we were adjacent to the town and Galleria mall, South Africa and the beach. Fabulously friendly team from the receptionists to cleaning staff to the waiters.

The bathroom was large, and the room itself was good standard. Location: the hotel was very close to South Africa and the big beautiful Galleria mall and the sea view. Also, it was relatively close to Seadoone Mall.

The attention to detail was amazing. Very well done. Looked at Spa - pity I did not have the time to experience the treatments - will defintely go back to enjoy.
Firstly, the directions to the place need to be more clearer. The board at the entrance states The View Guest house - was extremely confusing as we were looking for a hotel. Secondly, in spite of all the attention to details, one major flaw - the floor in the suite was not level - this caused the furniture to rattle - made a sound- everytime you sat on a chair or on the bed - very embrassing. Thirdly, with the unlevelled floor, everytime we had a shower, the water would flow out of the shower into the bathroom. Fourthly - please cater for vegetarians - I understand you have an ala carte menu - but to eat a toasted cheese & tomoto panini in a 5 star resort for 2 days is very boring - suggest you have different menus for different days or use a buffet breakfast.

The limited variety of the breakfast, The fact that it was so hard to get a late check out. and the small features that add warmth to a stay especially for a couple choosing tht hotel for there anniversary.
